This policy explains how we handle personal information collected through this website and our follow-up calls, emails and text messages.
What we collect
- Details you give us: your name, email address, mobile phone number, and anything you tell us on a call or in a message.
- Ad and visit data: the ad or campaign that brought you here (UTM tags), pages you view, device and browser type, and approximate location from your IP address.
- Cookies and similar tools: see "Cookies and the Meta Pixel" below.
Why we use it
- To call you back about your inquiry and answer your questions.
- To send you information you asked for, such as floor plans and cost sheets.
- To send text messages, only if you agreed to them (see "Text messages" below).
- To measure which ads work and improve this website.
- To meet our legal and regulatory duties.
Who we share it with
We share personal information only with service providers that help us run our business, such as our CRM and messaging provider, our phone provider and our advertising platform (Meta). They may use it only to provide their services to us. If you choose to go ahead with a purchase, we share the details needed for the transaction with the developer and the relevant UAE authorities. We may also share information when the law requires it.
We do not sell your personal information.
Text messages (SMS)
If you tick a consent box on our form, we may send you text messages about your inquiry and, only with separate consent, about new property launches. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply.
No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Text messaging originator opt-in data and consent will not be shared with any third parties.

Cookies and the Meta Pixel
This website uses the Meta Pixel, a small piece of code from Meta Platforms, Inc. It tells us when someone who saw our ad visits this site or sends an inquiry, so we can measure and improve our ads. Meta may combine this with other information it holds under its own privacy policy. You can control ad preferences in your Facebook or Instagram settings, and you can block or delete cookies in your browser.
How long we keep it
We keep inquiry details for up to 3 years after our last contact with you, unless you ask us to delete them sooner or the law requires us to keep them longer. If you buy a property through us, we keep transaction records for as long as UAE law requires.
Your choices and rights
You can ask us to show you, correct or delete the personal information we hold about you, or to stop contacting you. Email office@grand-reve-realty.com. We will reply within 30 days.
California residents
If you live in California, the California Consumer Privacy Act (as amended by the CPRA) gives you the right to know what personal information we collect, use and disclose; to request deletion; to correct inaccurate information; and to opt out of the sale or sharing of personal information. We do not sell personal information. Our use of the Meta Pixel may count as "sharing" for cross-context advertising; to opt out, email us with the subject "Do not share my information". We will not treat you differently for using these rights.
Categories collected in the last 12 months: identifiers (name, email, phone), commercial information (property interest) and internet activity (pages viewed, ad source). Sources: you, and your browser. Purposes: as listed in "Why we use it".
Security
We use reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect your information. No method of sending or storing data is completely secure.
Children
This website is not meant for anyone under 18, and we do not knowingly collect their information.
Changes
We may update this policy. The date at the top shows the latest version.
